What is your recruitment agency's data worth to AI?

Your recruitment or staffing agency's data could be worth $230K to $930K.

Job specs, client briefs, shortlists and years of recruiter email capture how hiring decisions get made. Agencies with long CRM histories hold a lot of it.

Based on a typical US recruitment or staffing agency with 60 staff and 10 years of records. Sell a de-identified copy for AI training: no debt, no equity given up, and your originals stay with you.

Why these records matter

Why your records are worth something

Recruiters live in email and the CRM, so desk staff produce a very high volume of records.

Our licensing partner looks for recruitment firms from 50 full-time desk staff.

What could be in scope

Records a typical recruitment or staffing agency already keeps

What stays with you

Your originals stay. Names come out of the copy.

Questions recruitment agencies ask

Straight answers, and where to take the rest

Candidate CVs are full of personal data. Can they be included?

CVs contain a lot of personal information. Whether any of it can be included is a question for your own adviser and our licensing partner, before anything else. Then ask our licensing partner in writing how CV content is treated in the agreed copy.

Would candidates be identifiable?

Names and contact details are removed or replaced before onward delivery. CVs carry many other identifying details, so ask exactly what is removed.

Could we limit scope to client-side records?

The scope lists systems and date ranges. Ask our licensing partner whether a narrower scope is possible and how it changes the offer.

Is this estimate an offer?

No. It is an indicative range. Our licensing partner makes an offer only after reviewing the systems and dates in scope, years of history, record volume and quality, and ownership and access terms.
