Why advisers

You already know which clients fit

Our licensing partner looks for companies and nonprofits in the US, UK, Canada and Australia with several years of records they own, and at least 10 desk staff for law firms, 15 for accounting, medical and finance, and 50 for everyone else. Advisers see those clients every week.

Straight answers for advisers

Who pays the referral reward?

Our licensing partner pays it, under its own referral agreement and payment terms, after the transaction for the operating data has been completed. The business you introduce pays nothing for the introduction.

How much is it?

Our licensing partner publishes its terms: US direct referrals earn the greater of $50,000 or 6% for your first five qualified deals, with higher lifetime tiers; the percentage is based on license fees actually paid to the company. Outside the US, 6% with no minimum. Referral credit is reviewed by our licensing partner and its agreement eligibility and payment terms apply. Check the current terms when you sign up.

What kind of introduction counts?

Warm introductions to businesses you already know, such as clients you advise. Our licensing partner reviews every referral and any existing claims before assigning credit, and creating an account does not reserve credit. Read its referral agreement before you introduce anyone; it sets out exactly what qualifies.

Do I need to understand AI or data?

No. You make the connection and our licensing partner takes it from there: it reviews the fit, makes any offer and works directly with the company. You never handle a client's data, files or logins.

Is there a conflict of interest with my clients?

Tell any client about your fee in writing before they sign anything; your own professional rules may say more. If you advise a client on whether to go ahead, that advice is yours, not our licensing partner's or ours.

How is this site involved?
