What is your construction company's data worth to AI?

Your construction company's data could be worth $270K to $1.1M.

Bids, schedules, RFIs, change orders and site correspondence show how projects are planned and delivered. The office team behind a construction business produces a long record of that.

Based on a typical US construction company with 50 staff and 15 years of records. Sell a de-identified copy for AI training: no debt, no equity given up, and your originals stay with you.

Why these records matter

Why your records are worth something

Construction firms often have large site teams and a smaller office. The calculator counts office staff as desk staff and site crews as other staff, each at our licensing partner's published rates.

Our licensing partner looks for 50 full-time desk staff, so site-heavy firms should count office headcount carefully.

What could be in scope

Records a typical construction company already keeps

You and our licensing partner agree the exact systems and date ranges in writing before any export. Nothing moves until that scope and the price are signed.

Tools firms like yours often use

Procore, Sage, Buildertrend, Microsoft 365. Ask our licensing partner which of your systems it can take; the written scope lists them.

What stays with you

Your originals stay. Names come out of the copy.

You keep your records and systems, your team signs in for the export so no passwords are handed over, personal identifiers are removed or replaced before onward delivery, source records are not published, and there is no broker fee.

Questions construction companies ask

Straight answers, and where to take the rest

Our subcontractor and client contracts include confidentiality terms.

Check them with your adviser before agreeing scope. Our licensing partner reviews ownership and access terms before making an offer.

Do site crews count?

Yes, as other staff, at one tenth of the desk staff rate in our licensing partner's model. Our licensing partner's minimum is based on full-time desk staff.

We changed systems a few years ago. Do old records still count?

Years of records add value in the model, but our licensing partner decides what is usable after reviewing systems and date ranges. Mention archived systems when you share the basics.

Is this estimate an offer?

No. It is an indicative range. Our licensing partner makes an offer only after reviewing the systems and dates in scope, years of history, record volume and quality, and ownership and access terms.
