What is your insurance brokerage's data worth to AI?

Your insurance broker's data could be worth $250K to $990K.

Quote requests, market submissions, renewals and claims correspondence are a detailed record of how risk gets placed. A brokerage with years of that history has exactly the kind of operational records our licensing partner looks for.

Based on a typical US insurance broker with 60 staff and 12 years of records. Sell a de-identified copy for AI training: no debt, no equity given up, and your originals stay with you.

Why these records matter

Why your records are worth something

Broking runs on email and documents: submissions to insurers, client questions, endorsements and claims back-and-forth.

Our licensing partner does not publish a minimum size for brokers, so ask it directly whether your brokerage fits.

What could be in scope

Records a typical insurance broker already keeps

You and our licensing partner agree the exact systems and date ranges in writing before any export. Nothing moves until that scope and the price are signed.

Tools firms like yours often use

Applied Epic, Vertafore, Salesforce. Ask our licensing partner which of your systems it can take; the written scope lists them.

What stays with you

Your originals stay. Names come out of the copy.

You keep your records and systems, your team signs in for the export so no passwords are handed over, personal identifiers are removed or replaced before onward delivery, source records are not published, and there is no broker fee.

Questions insurance brokers ask

Straight answers, and where to take the rest

Our policyholders' details are personal data. What happens to them?

Names and contact details are removed or replaced before onward delivery. Whether policyholder data can be included at all is a question for your adviser and our licensing partner.

Do our insurer agreements restrict this?

Some agency and binding agreements include confidentiality terms. Check yours, because our licensing partner reviews ownership and access terms before making an offer.

What is the minimum size for a brokerage?

Our licensing partner publishes three minimums: 10 desk staff for legal, 15 for accounting, finance and medical, and 50 for all other businesses. It does not say which group brokers fall into, so ask it directly.

Is this estimate an offer?

No. It is an indicative range. Our licensing partner makes an offer only after reviewing the systems and dates in scope, years of history, record volume and quality, and ownership and access terms.
